These ‘cookies’ are so easy and delicious and have got zero % added sugar in them. What’s not to love? They’re made with a few ingredients which you probably already have in your kitchen.
You can eat them as a breakfast snack, afternoon pick-me-up or a sweet, yet healthy treat in the evening. I made mine with 90% chocolate from Lindt because I love DARK chocolate. You can easily swap for a more subtle 70% variant if you’re not a big fan of bitter chocolate. In my opinion, the super dark and rich chocolate just works so well with the gooey banana flavour.

You’ll need:
Healthy cookies
2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats (preferably organic)
75-100 g dark chocolate (good quality)
75 g chopped whole hazelnuts (optional)
3 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon coconut oil

How to:
Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium bowl.
Add the oats and stir until you have a smooth dough.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Warm up the oven to 175 C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
With a spoon scoop the dough onto the baking tray and press them slightly flat with the spoon or the palm of
Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes.
They’re soft and gooey but still with a crunchy edge. YUM!
