One day when I was feeling very low, I got a surprise delivery from my best friend in Denmark. She had sent me this delicious cupcake kit with… GIN & TONIC from BakedIn. I mean what’s not to love, right? Cupcakes and gin and my favourite tonic water. Say no more. Yuuum
The box kit includes everything you need to make your own batch of these deliciously boozy bakes; all the dry ingredients, nozzle, piping bag, cupcake forms and a cute mini bottle of gin, and a bottle of my favourite tonic brand Fevertree.
Normally I’m not a big fan of processed or ready-made foods, but this recipe is the courtesy of a certain Michelin-starred hero – Michel Roux. So yes, they are as good as they sound!
