Healthy banana pancakes


Banana pancake with fruit and peanut butter

They’re honestly so easy (I make them every morning), so delicious and a single one keeps you going for hours.

You’ll need:
1 banana (not too soft, not too hard)
1 egg


Optional fillings:
Shredded coconut
Protein powder
Blueberries or other fresh fruits

How to:

In a small bowl, mix together the egg with a fork.

Add the banana and fillings and make a chunky batter.

Heat up a medium-sized pan with a little coconut oil and add the batter.

Bake for 5 minutes and check if it slips the pan easily. If not, bake for another 1-3 minutes.

Flip it and bake for 2 minutes.

Add peanut butter and your fruit of choice and enjoy. YUM
