A creamy filling made with Greek yoghurt and vanilla protein powder. I mean what\u2019s not to love?<\/p>\t<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n\t\t<ul><li>1 1\/2 tbsp maple syrup<\/li><li>1 scoop (30 g) chocolate protein powder<\/li><li>3 tbsp cacao powder (high quality)<\/li><li>2 tbsp ground almond<\/li><li>3 tbsp brewed coffee (cold)<\/li><li>1 tbsp coconut flour<\/li><li>1 tsp vanilla protein powder <\/li><li>4 tbsp greek yoghurt <\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<ol><li><p>Mix chocolate protein powder, cacao powder and ground almonds in a bowl. <\/p><\/li><li><p>Add maple syrup and coffee and mix well into a smooth batter. Add more coffee if too dry (just be careful not to make it too runny) <\/p><\/li><li><p>Place into a piping bag and pipe even circles (3 cm) onto a lined tray. You should have 18 small cookies. (Or double\/triple the size if you want bigger but fewer cookies)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Run a tablespoon under cold water and use the underside of it to smooth over the top of the cookies to create an even surface. <\/p><br \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/34155917-8DDE-4F26-A36D-C7973CE809EB-150x150.jpeg\"\/><br \/><\/li><li><p>Bake right Cookies for 6-8 minutes at 200C, fan.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Whisk the vanilla protein powder and the coconut flour into the yoghurt.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Once the cookies have completely cooled down, pipe the protein yoghurt mix onto half the  batch of cookies. Place the other halfs on top.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Leave to chill before serving.<\/p><\/li><li><p>I kept mine in a jar in the fridge which made the cookies soft after a day. I didn\u2019t mind as they just got soft and gooey.
