What&#8217;s not to love? They&#8217;re made with a few ingredients which you probably already have in your kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>You can eat them as a breakfast snack, afternoon pick-me-up or a sweet, yet healthy treat in the evening. I made mine with 90% chocolate from Lindt because I love DARK chocolate. You can easily swap for a more subtle 70% variant if you&#8217;re not a big fan of bitter chocolate. In my opinion, the super dark and rich chocolate just works so well with the  gooey banana flavour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/5686a1bf-0da1-4423-afb7-fcd0fbe15629.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-746\"\/><figcaption>banana\nchocolate\nhealthy\nbreakfast\nsnack<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><br><em>Healthy cookies<\/em><br>2 ripe bananas<br>1 cup oats (preferably organic)<br>75-100 g dark chocolate (good quality)<br>75 g chopped whole hazelnuts (<em>optional<\/em>)<br>3 tablespoon peanut butter <br>2 tablespoon coconut oil  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_2529-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"747\" data-link=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/?attachment_id=747\" class=\"wp-image-747\"\/><figcaption>healthy, oat, cookies, breakfast, snack, fitness, treats<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/IMG_2557-2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"750\" data-link=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/?attachment_id=750\" class=\"wp-image-750\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to:<\/strong><br>Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium bowl. <br>Add the oats and stir until you have a smooth dough. <br>Add all the other ingredients and mix well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warm up the oven to 175 C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper. <br>With a spoon scoop the dough onto the baking tray and press them slightly flat with the spoon or the palm of <g class=\"gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"12\" data-gr-id=\"12\">you<\/g> hand.<br><br>Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes. <br><br>They&#8217;re soft and gooey but still with a crunchy edge. YUM!<br><br>Store in an airtight container for 2 days.
