What I mean by that is that life is short enough as it is, and I would hate to live in the same pattern. Here I just symbolise it by saying no to eating meatballs every Tuesday (Not that there&#8217;s anything wrong with that). Weekly routines are a good thing, it&#8217;s just the concept of being too scared to break the &#8216;usual&#8217;. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Do you have any weekly habits, traditions, meals or chores that are done on the same day each week? I&#8217;d love to get some to-do inspiration =)<br><br>Anyway, here is a recipe for delicious and super healthy turkey meatballs, that we actually had on a Tuesday. Haha They are served with a colourful veggie slaw and to balance it all, I made a greek yoghurt based dressing bursting with flavours. Nom nom nom<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ryeinthesky.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Deller-and-veggie-slaw2-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-648\"\/><figcaption>Rainbow slaw and fresh tasting meatballs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><br><em>Turkey Meatballs<\/em><br>1 <g class=\"gr_ gr_33 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"33\" data-gr-id=\"33\">pck<\/g>. mince turkey<br>3 spring onions<br>1-2 shallots<br>1\/2 red <g class=\"gr_ gr_144 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling multiReplace\" id=\"144\" data-gr-id=\"144\">chili<\/g><br>2 garlic cloves<br>2 teaspoons <g class=\"gr_ gr_334 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"334\" data-gr-id=\"334\">dijon<\/g> mustard<br>1 tablespoon curry powder<br>Salt and pepper&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Rainbow Veggie Slaw<\/em><br>3 carrots<br>1\/2 red cabbage<br>1\/2 sweetheart cabbage<br>1\/2 fennel<br>5 radishes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Flavourful dressing<\/em><br>1 small pot Greek yoghurt <br>2 teaspoons honey<br>2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar<br>4 tablespoon coriander (or parsley if you&#8217;re not a fan)<br>1 lime zest and juice<br>1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger<br>Salt and pepper<br><br><br><strong>How to:<\/strong><br><em>Meatballs<\/em><br>Chop up the spring onions, shallots, chilli and garlic.<br>Mix well with the mince in a large bowl. <br>Add the mustard and season with salt and pepper.<br>Leave to rest for about 30 minutes.<br><br>Using a spoon and the palm of your hand,<br>shape the mince into flat meatballs and lay on a baking tray with baking paper. I added some seeds on top, but this is optional.<br>Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on how big you make them.<br><br><em>Veggie Slaw<\/em><br>Using a big knife, carefully shred all the veggies as finely as possible and mix together.
